All politics is about the restructuring of the distribution of power and the restructuring of the distribution of resources.
For this, we need only two parties/coalitions/alliances in the country i.e. one to form the Federal Government in Putrajaya and another to form the Opposition in Parliament.
In the case of Borneo, there should be two strong regional parties in Sabah and Sarawak in the form of two strong regional chapters of national parties/coalitions/alliances.
The purpose should be to push for Sabah and Sarawak as equal partners of Malaya in the Federation of Malaysia (not Malaya) as per the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).
Since 13 July 1976, vide an amendment to Article 1(2) of the Federal Constitution, Parliament has reduced Sabah and Sarawak into the 12th and 13th states in the Federation of Malaya (now Malaysia).
Article 160 of the Federal Constitution defines “Federation” as that set up by the Federation of Malaya Agreement 1948 and reinforced by the Federation of Malaya Independence Act 1957.
Before 13 July 1976, Sabah and Sarawak were equal partners of Malaya in the Federation of Malaysia (not Malaya) as per MA63.
The MA63 is an international agreement and treaty signed by five governments — North Borneo, Sarawak, Singapore, Malaya and the United Kingdom — and lodged with the UN Secretary General.
The MA63 is virtually a Trust Deed since the process of decolonisation was not completed in Borneo by MA63.
Colonisation has been declared under international law as a crime against humanity. Colonisation is the criminal exploitation of one country by another country.
Internal colonisation is the criminal exploitation of one community or communities by another community through state-sponsored acts of discrimination, violence and electoral fraud.
Apartheid and Nazisms have also been declared as crimes against humanity.
There’s a move at the UN to declare the evil caste system as a crime against humanity. It can no longer be accepted by the international community as a social evil. The evil caste system in India, which prohibits upward social mobility, was based on negative interpretations of samsara (sengsara or suffering), karma (cause and effect) and reincarnation.
Karma is neutral. Once we accept our karma, we neutralise it. Then, the karmic forces are no longer about us but others.
Jesus said that he will come again. He was talking about reincarnation. His reincarnation has nothing to do with karma.
The Bible, the Word of God, tells us that “the sins of the fathers are visited on the children”. This happens even while the fathers are alive. Just look around and observe.
We don’t carry our sins with us when we go. We leave them behind. The universe is an illusion. There’s no reason for us to exist as individuals. The ego ceases to exist after life. The energy moves on. Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It can only be transferred or transformed.
Everything that has a beginning must have an end. Only God has no beginning and no end. God is a personal experience which cannot be translated into words. It’s personal-to-holder. Those who say that God spoke to them or have seen God here and there are suffering from mental illness. Duterte is the latest to claim that God spoke to him.
God does not interfere in the affairs of men but helps those who help themselves. Sometimes, God even helps those who can’t help themselves.
Generally, God does not help if one is in a state of sin. If your conscience is not clear, you are in a state of sin.
It’s the guilty conscience that kills.
If you have not experienced God, then you are on your own. The Grace of God cannot be with you unless God wills it. It’s the Grace of God that protects us from evil and responsible for miracles.
Razak’s sins have been visited on Najib. He has gone on to commit more sins with others as well. The red shirts are an example.
Mahathir’s sins have been visited on his children. Mahathir should ask Anwar for forgiveness for his transgressions against him.
Only God can forgive sins.
God cannot forgive our sins unless we first forgive those who have transgressed against us and we seek forgiveness from those against whom we have transgressed.
The deviations and distortions of Article 153 of the Federal Constitution has created an evil caste system in the country.
MA63 cannot be violated and/or ignored by the Federal Constitution and the Malayan (now Malaysian) Parliament.
The purpose of a two-party system, whether at the Federal or state levels, is to enable the people to bring the previous government to account through the new government.
A change of government is only possible if the Opposition takes on the Barisan Nasional (BN) one to one.
If there’s no one to one in the MP seats, for example, BN will continue to hang on to power in Putrajaya.
If there’s no one to one in the MP seats, it means the local opposition parties in Borneo are on the take from BN to help split opposition votes and deny the Pakatan Harapan (PH), the national opposition alliance, the opportunity to seize the reins of power in Putrajaya.
There’s no reason to form so many mosquito local opposition parties in Borneo.
Those interested in serving the people can join Pakatan Harapan (PH) or the BN.
The Sabah and Sarawak chapters of PH and BN can be strong regional parties to push for MA63. There’s no need to set up mosquito local opposition parties.
It’s unlikely that mosquito local opposition parties can push for MA63.
In Sarawak, it’s the BN Sarawak that’s pushing for MA63.
In Sabah, PH Sabah is pushing for MA63.
If the mosquito local opposition parties in Borneo want to be in the reckoning, they should agree with PH to take on the BN one to one. Each of the mosquito local opposition parties should agree to settle for one MP’s seat and two state seats.
Anything more than that would be unacceptable to PH.
